Product warranty and returns

The following information applies to all online shops operated by Salonera MB:

The online shop www.salonera.lt isredirected to www.kirpyklosiranga.lt and therefore orders, warranties and returns for all these websites are administered by Salonera MB.

I. Product warranty

The warranty applicable to the product is indicated in the description of the specific product. The warranty period shall commence from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

When submitting the product for warranty repairs, the following must be provided:

• the purchase document (invoice or leasing contract).

Failure to provide the purchase documents will result in the goods not being accepted for warranty repair.

The warranty does not apply if:

• the faults are the fault of the Buyer;
• the goods show signs of mechanical damage, breakage or attempted repair;
• the faults are due to improper use or maintenance;
• the serial (identification) stickers are damaged or removed;
• the product has been repaired outside the Seller's specified workshop;
• the failure is due to environmental factors (rain, humidity, natural disasters, etc.);
• the failure is due to external factors (voltage fluctuations, wiring problems, etc.);
• failure to provide the purchase document;
• the product is classified as a naturally wearing part: hoses, gaskets, protective rubbers, faucets, siphons, pads, showers and other short-life items;
• used equipment.

Delivery costs for warranty repairs are payable by the Buyer.

II. Return of goods

The Buyer has the right, without giving any reason, to reject the goods and return or exchange them (except for second-hand equipment) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

The conditions for the return of goods shall be negotiated individually by submitting a return request on the following website:www.kirpyklosiranga.lt (also applies to orders from www.salonera.lv and www.salonera.ee).

The money paid for the goods shall be refunded to the bank account specified by the Buyer within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Conditions for returning goods of satisfactory quality:

• Goods may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery or collection;
• the goods must be unused and undamaged;
• the goods must have retained their usable characteristics and appearance;
• the product must be in its original packaging;
• all accessories included in the set must be returned;
• proof of purchase (invoice or leasing contract).

If the returned product does not comply with these conditions, the Seller has the right to refuse to take back the product.
